• Confidentiality: I will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared with me by mentees unless disclosure is required by law or poses a risk to the mentee's safety or well-being.
• Boundaries: I will establish clear boundaries and maintain appropriate professional relationships with mentees. I will refrain from engaging in behavior that could be perceived as inappropriate or crossing professional boundaries.
• Non-Discrimination: I will not discriminate against mentees based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
• Commitment: I will fulfill my commitments as a mentor, including attending scheduled meetings and providing timely responses to mentees' inquiries and requests for support.
• Continuous Improvement: I will seek opportunities for personal and professional growth as a mentor, including participating in training and development activities offered by Mission to Commission.
