As a standout Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) Midshipman at The George Washington University, Natalie demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to service, qualities that she continued to embody throughout her professional career as a Navy Medical service Corps Officer. From her early days as an Officer Recruiter at Navy Talent Acquisition Group Empire State to her tenure as a Regional Officer Programs Officer at Navy Recruiting Command, Natalie's impact on recruitment and leadership was profound. Her recognition as Officer Recruiter and Diversity Officer Recruiter of the Year underscored her innovative strategies and dedication to diversity in recruitment—a theme that would later resonate deeply within Mission to Commission.
Natalie's leadership extended beyond traditional recruitment roles. As a US Naval Academy Blue and Gold Officer, she guided aspiring candidates through the rigorous application process, sharing her insights and fostering their growth.
