Natalie Schibell, MPH

Natalie's compelling story intertwines a dynamic career across the federal and corporate sectors, driven by a profound commitment to public service and veteran advocacy. Currently serving as VP, Marketing Strategy, Intelligence, and Insights at Zyter|TruCare, she leads strategic initiatives that position the organization at the forefront of the digital health industry. Additionally, she launched and directs the company’s DOD Skillbridge Program, providing valuable career transition opportunities for service members.

Before her current role, Natalie held executive leadership positions as VP, Principal Analyst, and VP, Research Director at Forrester, where she applied her expertise to improve healthcare workflows and patient outcomes. Her digital health research and analysis have been widely cited in reputable publications around the globe, establishing her as a respected industry thought leader.

Natalie's journey includes pivotal tours in the public sector, including serving as a Public Health Analyst at the CDC's National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases. She deployed with the Community Interventions and Critical Populations Task Force as part of the Covid-19 Response. Concurrently, she served in the Navy Reserve, ensuring medical readiness as an Officer in Charge of the 4th Marine Logistics Group Headquarters and Service Company Combat Logistics Regiment 45 in Marietta, GA.

Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The George Washington University (GWU). She was a standout midshipman in GWU’s Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Battalion, leading fourth-Class Indoctrination courses at US Marine Corps Base Quantico and the Pistol Team, Surface Warfare, and Special Warfare Clubs. Additionally, Natalie graduated from New York Medical College's School of Health Sciences and Practice. She is an elected member of New York Medical College's Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health.

Completing her military career as a Lieutenant Commander, Natalie received her Commission into the Navy’s Medical Service Corps via the Health Services Collegiate Program. She graduated from Officer Development School in Newport, RI, and reported promptly to Naval Branch Health Clinic Groton's Public Health Department. Her responsibilities grew to the Division Officer of Preventive Medicine and Industrial Hygiene, leading a team of 20 staff as Subase New London’s sole Environmental Health Officer.

After completing her initial active-duty service, Natalie transitioned to the Selective Reserve. Driven by her dedication to the Navy's future, she voluntarily returned to active duty as a Canvasser Recruiter with Navy Talent Acquisition Group Empire State.

As an Officer Recruiter and Division Officer, Natalie quickly gained recognition for her exceptional performance, earning titles such as General Officer "Recruiter of the Year" and "Diversity Officer Recruiter of the Year." She excelled in recruiting top-tier talent, including Navy SEALs, NUPOC Candidates, Intelligence Officers, JAGs, and Cyber Warfare Engineers.

Natalie was later recalled to active duty to support the Navy Medicine Talent Acquisition mission at the Navy Recruiting Command headquarters in Millington, TN. There, she played a key role in recruiting 800 healthcare professionals across 98 specialty programs, overseeing 400 staff across 26 commands. Additionally, she was selected to lead the Officer recruiting mission for the Navy's newest region, successfully onboarding over 1,000 Officer selectees in 140 specialty programs.

While in Millington, Natalie’s visionary leadership guided change management policies and transformation efforts across nine Talent Acquisition Groups. Notably, she devised and executed talent acquisition strategies that contributed to a remarkable 102% Officer Candidate School accession rate, the highest in over a decade, overcoming significant challenges in the military talent acquisition market. A leading expert in Officer recruiting, Natalie advised the Navy's highest authorities on talent acquisition strategy, organizational effectiveness, and innovation, assisting thousands of prospects aged 16 to 63 in pursuing Naval Officer careers.

Natalie's dedication to the future generation of military and civilian leaders culminates through her role as the Founder and President of Mission to Commission. Wholeheartedly embracing the philosophy of "Dream It. Believe It. Do It," Natalie is a passionate supporter of the military talent acquisition mission and assisting servicemembers on their journey toward fulfilling careers and happy and healthy lives.
